Summary
This article is concering about the
syllabus and the students needs analysis that the syllabus is coming from the
Principal and the students needs are based on the professional needs. Here, the
vocational syllabus is becoming one of the positive point of view in relating
the English syllabus and the learner needs which will support the teachers in
teaching English.
Application
The syllabus is coming from the
Principal, but the real practitioner is the teacher. The teacher should be more
aware about the learner needs in order to reach the target in the syllabus. The
learner needs here must be related to the professional skills which will be
used by the students in their future job.
